WHAT'S THIS SITE FOR?
I'm a Traditional Artist. Not professional, just as a hobby (for now, at least).
This site is here to show off my art (I'm sorta proud of my pieces). It varies from (and not limited to) Ink to soft Pastels to those loose watercolors. Depends on what my mood is. Sometimes I'll even do a little digital art or oil and acrylic.
I'll also write storylines to go with my art, and oftentimes I make the art to go with my stories.
WHO ARE YOU?
Whenever writing out my "About Me" section, there are always two things that I think are important to share:

I'll be a Freshman in college in the Fall for Nursing. A vast field that many do! My art on this site keeps my mind fresh while I'm being piled up with assignments. A common problem. There's really not much to say about myself. I'm just an amateur artist that's in the process of learning.
WHY "THE GLASS ROOM?"
I chose the name "The Glass Room" because of how glass reflects white light. On one side there's white light, but as it passes through the glass (depending on the shape of it) it separates into brilliant colors. Inside the glass room there is color and life.
WHAT'S COOKING?
I've been slowly working on a comic strip on and over this year. I'm far from done with it, but the problem is--well--time. But don't think that I've given it up now! I'm only temporarily abstained.
So, if you feel up to it, go ahead and take look around! Also, any feedback below is appreciated. After all, one should always strive to improve.

WHAT AM I DOING HERE?

I've been doing Art since 2013: Entered several contests, won some prizes, did some pieces for the family. None of my family have ever been the 'Arty' type, save a handful of Uncles and older Cousins that had married into the fam.
Then, when I graduated from High School, I got back into my art big time. Drawing and painting everyday. However, it seemed a waste to keep it all in a cupboard, so I decided to show my art to the world. Get a bit of appreciation y'know?

I do all sorts of art. Started with Crayon, did Poster and Water Colours, then found my love in Acrylic, which is probably my favourite to do. Recently I got into Inking, and its a dream. Looks awesome, no mess, and I can carry it everywhere. Pastels and Pencil are good game too!

WHY THIS SITE? WHO IS ZABRINA?

I was just chatting with some friends in a small wee Skype group. Casually mentioned that I was thinking of making my own art website. Voila, a few hours later, Zab contacted me and asked if I'd like to share her website.

Now I've known Zabrina (#Alias) for several years now, and our Art history went back a wee bit. Of course I knew about her website, it was fantastic! I quite ecstatically said yes, and a few weeks later, our Collaboration began. It's been an awesome time, and I love the Glass Room!
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD?

Well, my A-Levels start/started in the 2018 School Term, and since I didn't pick Art as one of my four subjects, my production line is going to dramatically decrease. But! I can never throw away my pen (Or Brush) so you'll still see something occasionally. Maybe a wildly brushed seashore, or a time-eating bit of inked modern art. Like the image behind this text I wasted 5 hours of my life on. Note that each dot never touches another dot!
