Andy's use and experimentation in a variety of media has resulted in a well presented, diverse portfolio of art. His natural ability to capture light and movement in running water (a seriously tough skill) shows itself in his acrylic paintings and his attention to detail can be seen in his black and white fine line art. I am a big fan of his art and am excited to see how he progresses.

Andy’s artwork is diverse and interesting. His use of bold colours makes for some exciting pictures, while his black and white ink drawings are dramatic and accurate. His landscapes are atmospheric, and the depiction of water is especially impressive. Andy’s drawings are vivid and a combination of hard work and talent.
My latest Works
The first piece, completed by Drew, that really caught my eye was an oil painting depicting a sailing boat and shore line. I love the texture he has managed to capture in the water, making brilliant use of lighter shades to show reflection and movement of the waves hitting the shoreline. The further use of darker colours depicting trees at the top of the viewer's periphery really adds weight to the composition of the piece, bringing in to life.
In addition to oil painting, Drew uses a wide variety of medium to great effect, creating unique, well thought through pieces. His latest use of black multiliners shows a willingness to create and his designs are cleverly planned and well executed.
One other piece to note is the water flowing over rocks piece. Water in any form is tough to capture correctly but Drew has done brilliantly well, capturing the movement and reflective qualities beautifully. The rocks are a credit to Drew's use of colour and help to draw the viewer into the scene.
I love what Drew is doing and I'm excited to see what he does next.
